On the 29th of December of 2020, an earthquake measuring 6.2 on the Richter scale hit Croatia, specifically the towns of Petrinja, Sisak and Glina, taking the lives of 7 people, including one 13 year-old girl.
The public music schools of Sisak and Petrinja suffered big destruction, being rendered unusable.
